This is a rangetop cookware frying pan, marked "American Stainless Kitchen Company, Thermalloy Pluramelt Stainless Steel 18-8". Date code is 8-57. Refurbished by The Shine Shop. It features all of the same quality of the fully restored items, except for the final high gloss exterior polishing. Includes: (1) bowl that measures 8" overall diameter, and 3.25" deep. NO pitting inside. This pan DOES sit flat.
