This is a Farberware brand 10 inch covered chef skillet. Refurbished by The Shine Shop. It features all of the same quality of the fully restored items, except for the final high gloss polishing. Handle and knob have been repolished and are firmly attached. Marked "Farberware Aluminum Clad Stainless Steel Pat 3,173,202 MY". It is 10" diameter, and 2 3/8" deep. Also includes original matching lid. This pan DOES sit flat, and has no pitting inside. Lid has several SHALLOW dings along the edges. Pan has scratching through out the interior bottom. Some residual burnt carbon on exterior bottom that I could not remove safely. This does not effect function.
